Serial EEPROM

New serial EEPROM memory series, 1.8V to 5.5V operating voltage

Our latest serial EEPROM series provides I2C and 3-Wire interfaces. Part numbers are HT24LC02, HT24LC02A, HT24LC04, HT24LC08, HT24LC16, HT24LC32, HT24LC64, HT2201 and HT93LC46, upgraded to a 1.8V-5.5V operating voltage and up to 1MHz operating frequency. The whole series endures up to 1,000,000 write cycles and retains data for up to 40 years.

The HT24LC02-HT24LC64 series are two-wire serial interfaces with 2K-64K-bit memory capacity, 1.8V-5.5V operating voltage and an Nx8-bit architecture; maximum operating and standby currents are 5mA and 2uA, with up to 1MHz operating frequency. They support byte and full-page write, random and sequential read, and a write-protect pin to protect memory contents.

HT2201 is a two-wire serial interface with 1K-bit capacity, 1.8V-5.5V operating voltage and a 128x8-bit architecture; it supports byte write plus random and sequential read.

HT93LC46 is a three-wire serial interface with 1K-bit capacity and 1.8V-5.5V operating voltage, configurable as 64x16-bit or 128x8-bit, with instruction-based write protection.

The series offers 8SOP, 8DIP and 8TSSOP packages (HT2201 & HT24LC02A in SOT23-5), for applications such as HDTV, digital TV, set-top boxes, notebooks, motherboards, tablets, wireless mice, wireless network cards, ADSL, networking products and consumer electronics.
